Beautifully painted stripes
1. Paint the lighter color as a base coat. Allow to dry thoroughly, then use painter’s tape to mark off the stripes to the darker color.
2. Before tackling the stripes, do one more layer of the lighter color across the seams of tape. This fills the openings so the darker color will not bleed.
3. Wait for this coating to dry thoroughly, then paint your own stripes. Let dry before pulling the tape off.
